As Seen in Vogue December 2017

Vogue Christmas Edition

When December 4th came around I literally ran to the local news stand to get my hands on the latest edition of the British Vogue Glossy. This red Christmas Edition would be the first (and hopefully of many) Vogue magazines to include trendy mum and baby products like Nibbling.

This is not just the start of the blurred lines between practical baby products and fashion but a proper rejig.

So many trendsetter and influencers are having babies. Last year these women were featured in editorials and this year they are talking about travel cots, baby carriers and balancing co sleeping and a healthy sex life. Some of the women I have been watching in high anticipation are Jessica Alba US, Chiara Ferragni Italy, The Duchess of Cambridge and Binky Felstead UK and co founder of beloved Babyccino Courtney Adamo from Australia.

I am very excited about the newly appointed Editor of Vogue Edward Enninful and just how he will shake up the world leading fashion magazine. We have met before, at a party at Harvey Nichols for the launch of Rihanna’s Fenty makeup brand. He looked me up head to toe and probably felt comfort in the fact I was also eating a little fish’n chips. I am a busy mum and I need “fuel”. Most of the other women, models, singers and PR gang drank champagne and looked skinny while waiting for the moment Rihanna  came out.  We spoke for a moment and he looked a little shy but I congratulated him on his new role and a very eager women took over. That was before I even got to mention Nibbling.

You see I dont really have too much time or audience to blog about an event. Most of my stylish mum friends are sleeping, feeding or watching netflix in bed. But if we do find time to pick up a fashion mag, it better be good, and that ‘Style Bible” is Vogue.

Along with a photo of a little baby using a Nibbling dummy clip, mentioned on the page was that my Nibbling range produces over 25 original teething dummy clips. But was even more exciting to see was the Cub and Bear, one of my Stockists was also featured on the same page.

Please do flick though and when you come to the end of the magazine and you see “What They Want For Christmas”  enjoy those sweet little simple stylish pleasures and stocking stuffers for babies along with the couture dresses your be dreaming about.
